The Hamilton Harbourfront Night Market (HHNM) is a culinary adventure nestled in the heart of downtown Hamilton.

With the jaw-dropping Bayfront Park as the backdrop, HHNM is an event welcome to anyone looking to enjoy food and a lot of company. Featuring local eats and talented and experienced vendors from across Toronto, each food vendor is hand picked and specially selected to provide quality and uniquely crafted food items you may only find here. Under Sprout Organization, HHNM’s aim is to bring the community of Hamilton together through community connections and conversations sparked through food. 2019 serves as the night market’s launch year with many more years to come. Enjoy merchants, over 30 food vendors as well as our exclusive bar zone.

If in doubt, follow the smoke. Don't expect your average BBQ grill, as Taste of Xinjiang features lamb skewers showing us that sometimes bigger really is better.

Happy twist offers a variety of potato options (i.e., sweet potato, yams and taro) to create your perfect tornado fries that are crisp and fresh every time. Try to catch a front row seat as each tornado fry is constructed and revealed before your eyes instead of behind the scenes.

Golden Bubble Waffle

With its huge success and feature on BlogTo, Golden Bubble Waffles features traditional Hong Kong style egg waffles with a modern (and Instagrammable) flare. With toppings and ice cream, their bubble waffles are unique and customizable. If you can't make it to their storefront locations, find them at HHNM for exclusive and special menu items.

Yosh.To

With its recent success and features on BlogTo, Yosh.To is known for its innovating and trendsetting food items. From Toronto's first ice cream burrito, giant Pho soup dumplings and bubble tea pancakes, we really don't know what the chefs will create next. Yosh.To is known for creating new menu items for a limited time only. This year Yosh.To's newest launch, The Kogo, is a customizable Korean Corndog bound to make you a Mukbang star. They won't tell us what they will serve at HHNM yet, but we know it will be worth the wait.

MODRN Nightclub

Modrn Nightclub collaborates with HHNM to present an exclusive outdoor bar area for 4 days at Bayfront Park. Modrn is a meeting point in the middle of normality. Kicking the pub-focused attitude of Hess Village to the wayside, Modrn is set to insert itself as Hamilton's sole destination for chic and trendy nightlife moments. 3 floors, 3 nights and 3 distinct vibes - Modrn breaks the monotony in The Hammer. Hamilton's cobblestone pedestrian zone will never be the same again as the destiny of Hess Village definitively arrives.

Chinese Pizza

Using ancient cooking methods, Chinese Pizza is freshly made dough, hand shaped into bread and cooked in a clay, charcoal pot. With classic and spicy flavors, this must-eat item cannot be found anywhere else - at least in this century.

Noi Oyster

Fresh, flavourful and unique. Noi Oyster creates oyster omelettes with a variety of ingredients and sauces to indulge in. Each one is made to order on their classic larger-than-life flattop skillet.

Wei's Stinky Tofu

No night market is complete without the infamous stinky tofu. Made with classically, fermented tofu and served with sauces and pickled vegetables, this traditional dish is a must-try experience in itself. Wei's brings its expert take on stinky tofu all the way from their Scarborough storefront. They will also serve up their Taiwanese Fried Crispy Chicken.

BBQ Lamb & BBQ Squid

Tasty food on a stick is a night market tradition. This vendor grills the best flavours and rich spices to make your mouth water every time. Enjoy a few at a time for the ultimate street food experience.

Pan Fried Dumplings

Steamed to perfection, pan fried dumplings are a foodie favourite. Each dumpling is freshly made and steamed making it a cult-classic dish.

Grilled Oysters

Grilled to order and topped with fresh garnishes, these oysters are big and loaded. This specialty vendor uses ingredients like fresh chili peppers, garlic and chives to top it off.

Olive-Me & Co

Olive-Me offers extra-virgin olive oils, gourmet olive oils, balsamic vinegars, tapenades, and even all-natural beauty products. Each product is hand-poured, bottled and corked with only the highest of quality standards as certified by the California Olive Oil Council. Find them here and taste a world of a difference.

Pierogi Me

Pierogi Me was born and hand-crafted locally in Hamilton. Each pierogi is made with love and each bite will make you fall in love. Found in many local venues and shops, Pierogi Me is a perfected pierogi with a variety of delicious fillings. With vegan and gluten-free options, there is no excuse not to try one.

Double Double Bubble Tea

Home of the bubble tea float. A fusion of two of our favourite things, Double Double serves unique flavours of bubble tea that pair perfectly with a scoop of ice cream. A delicious summertime treat.
